Help them practice saving

A first savings account gives kids an opportunity to learn through real-world experience. Parents and guardians can help children choose a goal, decide how much to save, and celebrate their progress along the way.

MoneyKids can be used to save for things like a favorite toy or game, a special activity, a future purchase, or simply building savings for later.

The goal is not how much they save. It is helping them understand that small choices and consistent saving can add up over time.
