At Michigan First, we're always looking for new ways to make banking as convenient as possible for our members. That’s why we’re excited to offer cardless ATMs! You can access Michigan First ATMs without your ATM or debit card by following these simple steps.
Open the Michigan First Mobile App at the ATM
- Log in to the mobile app and select Cardless ATMs from the menu. If you don’t already have the mobile app, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
- Select the card you want to use. If your card is currently turned off, you will be prompted to turn it on.
- Select Generate New Number. A nine digit code will then display that is valid for 60 seconds and can be used at the ATM for a single transaction. For security purposes, you will be required to generate a new code for each additional transaction.
On the ATM
- Select Cardless Transaction at the bottom of the welcome screen.
- Enter in the nine digit code and hit Continue to begin your transaction.
All you need to conduct a cardless transaction is your smartphone and the latest version of the Michigan First mobile app. If you don't already have the mobile app, download it today!
